Jane has moved across the country 7 times and once to Guam and once to Hawaii. She said this was the best experience she had ever had. They were on time every time. Mike gave her a “not to exceed” estimate. He sent out four of the biggest guys Jane had ever seen. She thought the Dallas Cowboys had come to move her. They packed her things so well she had to have help getting unpacked. She has a curio cabinet that is 6′ x 2 1/2′ filled with her Grandmother and Great Grandmother’s things, and not a single thing was broken.

“This letter is to state very clearly and enthusiastically that Dallas does, in fact, have a fabulous moving company! On Wednesday, April 16, I had made arrangements to have two moving companies come to my home for the purpose of providing an estimate to move my household goods. Full House Moving, Richardson, Texas…Michael Sarnacki, President was at my home exactly at the time scheduled. Mr. Sarnacki was very courteous, completely open regarding his company and extremely thorough in his assessments of what would be needed for my move to be successful. I must mention at this time…I have moved across the country seven (7) times, across the Pacific and back, and up and down both the East and West Coast…I know something about moving and movers. There was NO hesitation when I asked for four items…moving cost only; moving cost and packing materials; moving cost, packing materials and carrier packing; AND a not to exceed price! The first moving company did not keep their appointment, nor did they call until early evening.

“Needless to say, I selected Mr. Sarnacki’s company…Full House Moving. Packing my household goods took place on May 1st; loading, delivery and unloading took place on May 2nd. Mr. Sarnacki confirmed the times and dates…the crew (all employees-no contractors) appeared at exactly the appointed time…worked very diligently, carefully and cheerfully…taking very little time to pack my home, they chose not to stop for lunch and completed the job much earlier than expected. On May 2nd, again they were extremely timely…loaded the truck very carefully…drove to my new home…unloaded very carefully. The crew hung all my clothes from the wardrobes and removed the boxes…removed the shrink wrap and pads from every piece of furniture…took the time and cheerfully place the furniture where I desired (NO grumbling or attitude) and made certain all the boxes were placed in easy reach for me to unpack (no heavy lifting required)! I was amazed, please and have told everyone…if you move…you MUST use Full House Moving…there is no mover like them anywhere!!!
